Stellar Experience with Fantastic Food
I had a delightful solo stay with top-notch comfort in a Double Room. Surprised by the chef's fish and chips, truly a culinary highlight! Don’t miss the lively music events in the bar. Book in advance. this place fills up fast!

The apartment offered a homey feel, complete with a view of Black Jack St The hearty breakfast was a highlight, especially the standout white and milk chocolate cheesecake with strawberry coulis—a must-try.
The room size felt cramped for the price, featuring an odd mix of mismatched furniture, including a dated bureau and a wicker chair. I found two televisions, one redundant and the other not functioning properly, which felt unnecessary. discovering a mattress stuffed under the bed and two stained duvets crammed in the wardrobe gave the impression of a cluttered storage space rather than a well-appointed room.

the family room was beautifully decorated and really quiet. comfy beds and a very nice bathroom. really loved the location by the cathedral, and the carpark was only a short walk away. staff were friendly and helped us out a lot. definitely a great spot for staying in cirencester.
we waited way too long to order food, and the kitchen seemed overwhelmed. the service was a bit slow when it got busy.

The food scene around Cirencester is absolutely buzzing! Jacks and Jesse's Bistro are top-notch for a hearty meal, and the atmosphere is lively. Plus, my quadruple room was a feast for the eyes—tastefully decorated and super comfy, situated just a stone's throw from the cathedral!
Just a minor hiccup—wasn't able to find breakfast at the pub, and a kettle was missing when I checked in. Double-check on kitchen timings if you're planning on a night in!

My single room with a shower was really comfy, and the recent refurb showed. Clean and bright, it felt like a cozy retreat after a long day. The bed was super comfy, and I appreciated the hot, powerful shower. Plus, I didn’t hear any noise from the pub downstairs, which was a nice surprise. The only downside was that I could’ve used a bit more space, but overall it was a pleasant stay.
